Returns Policy: At Rebel Roze accessories we offer exchanges on all products excluding earrings, within 14 days of recieving product. For faulty items please email us immediately attaching a photo of the faulty item to help us resolve the matter quickly. Shipping: We ship overseas but please expect delivery times of at least 21 days for overseas orders. UK residents can expect delivery of 3-5 workings days depending on time of order and public holidays, orders recieved before 3pm will be shipped same day. Overseas shipping prices will vary, but we offer UK customers a flat shipping rate of £1.95 or free shipping for orders over £20.
